Sr. Brand Designer

Brand Design is very central as the team collaborates with many Shine businesses: product designers, the marketing team (paid acquisition, growth team, partnerships, etc.), and the content team. The whole team places a lot of importance on design and has a lot of confidence in the design team. Nothing could be more pleasant! This is a particularly exciting time to start a mission with us as many new projects involving brand design are on the roadmap.

As we are launching a lot of new projects, you will work with the marketing, product design and content teams in order to help us:

• Develop and promote Shine’s brand identity coherency across all marketing and product touch points.
• Solidify our brand identity towards all mediums.
• Create and develop strong ad concepts for the paid acquisition part in line with our marketing challenges.

It's a match if:

• You know how to work with Figma, illustrator, Photoshop and ideally you can use After Effect
• You have at least 5 years experience in Brand Design or Visual Identity creation
• You are used to work with tech/saas companies, or in a start-up environment
• You are very rigorous and pay attention to every detail, very creative and have a good design culture.
• You can work in English: Shine’s team is International! And you are perfectly fluent in French.

Additional information

You are based in France, or in Europe (with + or - 2h time difference with Paris) ; and you speak fluently french (mandatory !)

You are available asap and full time for the next 6 months.
